Foreign nationals (WNA) are allowed to open an account at Koinsayang, but currently Koinsayang does not accept foreign nationals who want to register.
For the account registration or verification process, foreign nationals must use a valid passport, accompanied by a KITAS/KITAP (stay permit), and have a bank account in Indonesia. Identification documents other than those mentioned cannot be used. Please note that Koinsayang only processes fund withdrawals in Rupiah to bank accounts located in Indonesia.
