Here is a complete guide on how to withdraw crypto from your Koinsayang account:
1. On the App :
Step 1: Log in to your Koinsayang account.
Step 2: Tap [Assets] in the bottom-right corner and select [Withdraw].
Step 3: Choose the crypto you want to withdraw.
Step 4: Select the withdrawal platform and recipient name, then enter the withdrawal address and the amount you wish to withdraw. Once all details are correct, tap [Next] to continue.
Important:
- Entering incorrect information or selecting the wrong network may result in a permanent loss of your assets. Always double-check before confirming the transaction.
Step 5: Enter the recipient’s country and residential address, then tap [Next].
Step 6: Review all the details you entered carefully. Once confirmed, tap [Confirm] to proceed with your withdrawal.
Step 7: Complete the security verification. Tap [Send] to request a verification code sent to your registered email. Enter the 6-digit code and tap [Confirm] to continue.
The email should arrive within a few minutes. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Note: If you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or a Fund Password (Fund Code), you will also be required to enter the verification code before submitting the withdrawal requests.

Step 1 : Log In and Access the Withdrawal Page
Go to the Koinsayang login page via the following link:

Step 2 : Enter Withdrawal Details
Select the coin you want to withdraw and choose the appropriate network for the withdrawal. Next, select the withdrawal platform and enter the withdrawal address.
Make sure the receiving platform supports the selected coin and network. You may lose assets if you choose an incompatible network.
Enter your withdrawal amount, review the withdrawal fee and the amount you will receive, then proceed by clicking "Next".
Step 3 : Complete Security Verification
Enter your Fund Code and complete the security verification. To do this, click "Send" to request a verification code. Check your registered email inbox and enter the 6-digit verification code.
