To reset your Fund Password (Fund Code), please follow these steps:
1. On the App.
Step 1: Log in to your Koinsayang account.
Step 2: Tap the [Profile] icon on the home screen.
Step 3: Go to [Security Settings] and select [Fund Password].
Step 4: Enter your current Fund Password, then create a new one in the designated field. Re-enter the new Fund Password in the “Confirm Fund Password” field to ensure accuracy. Tap [Confirm] to proceed.
Important: For security reasons, withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your Fund Password.
Note: If you forgot your current Fund Password, tap [Forgot Password] to reset it.
2. On the Website.
Step 1: Log in to your Koinsayang Account
Open your web browser and navigate to the website https://www.koinsayang.com/id. Log in to your account using the registered email address and password.
Step 2: Access Security Settings
After logging in, you can directly go to the Fund Password Settings page using this link: https://www.koinsayang.com/id/account/setting/fundpassword. Then, click on [Security Settings] > then click [Modify].
Step 3: Change Fund Password (Fund Code)
Enter your current fund password and the new fund password in the provided fields. After that, click the [Submit] button to proceed.
For the security of your assets, you are not allowed to withdraw coins within 24 hours after changing your fund password.
Step 4: If you forgot your original fund password, you can click [Reset Fund Code] to reset it.
