Here’s how to make a fiat deposit to your KoinSayang account:
1. On the App.
Step 1: Log in to your Koinsayang account.
Step 2: On the home screen, tap [Deposit].
Step 3: Select [Fiat], then choose [IDR].
Step 4: Tap [Permata Bank] to proceed.
Step 5: Copy the bank account number provided, then use your banking app to transfer IDR into your Koinsayang account.
Important:
- Please use a bank account that matches the name registered on your account.
- The minimum fiat deposit on Koinsayang is Rp 10,000, with a transaction fee of Rp 2,000.
(Example: If you transfer Rp 100,000, you will receive Rp 98,000 in your account.)
- When making the transfer, select the “Realtime Online” transfer option. The “BI-FAST” service is not supported.
Note: Koinsayang is not responsible for funds lost due to user error. You are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of your transaction.
You will receive an email notification once your funds have been successfully credited to your account.
