1. On the App
Step 1: Open the Koinsayang app and tap [Sign Up].
Step 2: Enter your account details.
On the registration page, provide an active email address and create a password for your Koinsayang account.
- Password requirements: Your password must be between 8 to 32 characters long and must include at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one special character (e.g., @, #, !, &).
Before proceeding, we strongly recommend that you read and understand our Terms & Conditions, Customer Agreement, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, and Trading Rules. Once you agree, tick the consent checkbox and tap [Sign Up] to continue.
Step 3: Complete security verification.
To ensure your account’s security, Koinsayang will send a verification email to the address you registered.
Check your email inbox and enter the 6-digit verification code in the designated field, then tap [Confirm] to complete account creation.
Important: The verification email should arrive within a few minutes. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
After this step, you will be guided to complete identity verification. For more details, please refer to How to complete identity verification (KYC).
2. On The Website
Step 1: Access the Koinsayang Registration Page
Please open your web browser and visit the official Koinsayang registration page via the following link:

Step 2: Enter Your Account Details
On the registration page, please enter your active email address and create a password to be used for your Koinsayang account.
